FV Roaldnes

Simple & Powerful

FV Roaldnes is a vessel of 35 meters built to fish inside the zone on Storegga.

It is equipped with a small and efficient factory for decapitation and gutting of fish. The boat is rigged with combi winches and can be used for both trawling and Danish seine. The boat is the first in Norway to use CO2 as a refrigerant in the freezer on board, which provides shorter freezing time and documented higher quality than conventional freezers.
